How do I cancel or reschedule my tee time? Our general policy is no refunds, but you may submit a refund or credit request to us at info@dailyteetimedeal.com . Please be sure to provide all contact information, tee time information and the circumstances regarding your need to cancel or request a refund/credit. **Please Note** The golf course is unable to provide any refund or cancellation services, so please contact DailyTeeTimeDeal.com regarding any and all cancellation or refund inquiries. Normal customer support call center hours are 9am-5pm pacific standard time, Monday-Friday. How do I increase or decrease the player count for my reservation? Any reservation increase requests are based on availability. Reservation decrease requests may be submitted (must be at least 48 business hours in advance). There is no guarantee that any reservation requests can be adjusted. Requests may only be made via email at info@dailyteetimedeal.com, please provide all contact and tee time information. I never received a confirmation for my booking. Please email us at info@dailyteetimedeal.com and we will re-send the booking confirmation to you. Please provide as many tee time booking details as possible, such as: course name, date, players, time of booking, etc… Why did I get a charge from DailyTeeTimeDeal.com? We partner with the golf course and provide a select few “daily tee time deal” prepaid rounds. Although you booked your round on the golf course website, you are purchased the prepaid tee time from DailyTeeTimeDeal.com. Therefore, this name appears on your billing statement. |
